Majewski Transportation was started by Jim Majewski in 1990 with his son Jeff Majewski. Jim spent 15 years on the Common Carrier side of the business with most of his time spent with Yellow Freight. Jim Majewski was a successful and experienced sales person with a desire to get involved in management as well. He worked his way through their management program eventually earning the position of terminal manager here in Houston. At Majewski Transportation Jim was able to share his firsthand experience with shipper and carrier needs and translate that knowledge to create a company-wide emphasis on knowledgeable service. In 1991, Jim Majewski envisioned a company determined to draw conclusions based on our customers’ demands, service requirements, and equipment utilization. Since that time the focus at Majewski has continued to follow that early vision and continue to be our priority. Today Majewski Transportation is led by Jeff Majewski and an experienced management team.
